The One Hour Reset Session is for anyone ready to reclaim their health, energy, and confidence.

In just one hour, we’ll pinpoint what’s feeling off, co-create a plan that fits your lifestyle, and map out clear next steps. No overwhelm, no extremes, just personalized support and simple strategies that stick. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. it’s a one-on-one experience tailored to you.

The investment for the session is $175, and it’s designed to help you feel clear, supported, and back in control.

Whether I was trying to survive on cabbage soup, counting points, eating horrible food that had a shelf life of at least 100 years or attempting to just eat one meal a day, I was doing it and feeling miserable! My journey would start a new fad diet, lose 10-15 pounds while feeling awful, sustain that for as long as I could (typically a year), gain it all back, get depressed and then boom…a new fad diet would appear and I would start the cycle all over again. THIS would be the one; yet it never was the one! It was maddening.

Five years ago, it hit me that something had to change. No longer could I “easily” lose 10-15 pounds. I was mentally and physically exhausted, frustrated, confused and tired of feeling so bad. To help women make themselves a priority in their own lives again.
To teach women how to fuel their bodies with nutrient dense foods and get off the fad diet crazy train.
To start moving their bodies again.
And last but not least, to stop the negative self talk and embrace who they are TODAY!

Up until 5 years ago, I have spent the last 3 decades living on the latest and greatest fad diets.
