This group program is for moms who are ready to make themselves a priority again in their own lives while ditching the mom guilt. We will focus on easy and healthy nutrition, weekly exercise goals and mindset. Daily support and accountability are infused throughout the program to support you during this journey. There is something powerful with group support and I cannot wait to bring this energy together!

For those of you who would like to dive deeper and create more individualized plans for your nutrition and lifestyle goals, then private coaching is for you! Personalized goal setting and mindset play a huge part here in breaking through boundaries and reaching your upper limits! Through 1:1 sessions, we have the opportunity to build strategies that will set you up for long term success. It is time for YOU to unleash your inner strength and purpose!

Hi! My name is Melis and I’m a professional ex-dieter. Up until 5 years ago, I have spent the last 3 DECADES living on the latest and greatest fad diets. Whether I was trying to survive on cabbage soup, counting points, eating horrible food that had a shelf life of at least 100 years or attempting to just eat one meal a day, I was doing it and feeling miserable! My journey would start a new fad diet, lose 10-15 pounds while feeling awful, sustain that for as long as I could (typically a year), gain it all back, get depressed and then boom…a new fad diet would appear and I would start the cycle all over again. THIS would be the one; yet it never was the one! It was maddening.

Five years ago, it hit me that something had to change. No longer could I “easily” lose 10-15 pounds. I was mentally and physically exhausted, frustrated, confused and tired of feeling so bad. That’s when I really started researching nutrition, got certified, and found a fantastic coach to teach me how to nourish my body again, move my body and most importantly, LOVE my body!

AND THIS IS WHAT INSPIRES ME TODAY AND WHY I CREATED MOTIVATE WITH MELIS!

To help women make themselves a priority in their own lives again.
To teach women how to fuel their bodies with nutrient dense foods and get off the fad diet crazy train.
To start moving their bodies again.
And last but not least, to stop the negative self talk and embrace who they are TODAY!
